ReadyNation works with executives in Mexico to encourage increased private sector support for early childhood as a business issue that impacts workforce development and the economy.

The FEMSA Foundation, in consultation with ReadyNation International, mounted a private event for business leaders across Mexico: “Business, Families, Human Capital: Advantages of Investing Early.” Mexican executives from more than 25 companies across the country gathered to learn more about early childhood and youth human capital as a business issue critical to current and future workforce development and the economy. The event was held in Mexico City on October 22, 2019 and featured a U.S. brain scientist, an American business leader, a panel of Mexican corporations discussing family-friendly practices as well as the release of a research report by IMCO highlighting Mexican company actions that benefit employees and the local communities. Other supporters of the event included CMN, CitiBanamex, and IMCO.
